Hiking Trip Florida

We had a day off, so we headed to the Ocala National Forest to do some hiking.  We rarely go hiking locally, but loved the place we found.

I always find it strange to go hiking through palms.  It just doesn't seem right.

The kids joined their hiking sticks together and rode around calling themselves the Rainbow Unicorns.  It was funny and silly, but we always love to hear their laughter...before the fighting begins :)

The water level was really low and we got to explore the dry lake bed.

We didn't leave a lot of time to go hiking, but really enjoyed our time and the park.  It will definitely be a place we go back to often.
