Easter

This Easter, we decided to forgo dying Easter eggs, primarily because no one will really eat a dozen hardboiled eggs in our family, but also because the kids don't really get excited about it and I end up just throwing about 6 eggs in cups to get their color, cleaning up, coming back pulling them out to dry while the kids are off playing.  Caroline still wanted to do an Easter craft though and found these cute bunny slippers made out of marshmallows in her American Girl magazine.
They both set to work, cutting their marshmallows into the appropriate shapes and putting frosting where it was needed.
Kevin has somewhat moved away from his love of football and is now focused on Marvel superheroes - primarily Deadpool.  I don't know this character, but upon further research have learned that he is an anti-hero.  Sometimes good, sometimes bad, with similar self healing abilities as Wolverine.  Everything became about Deadpool.  So here are Kevin's Deadpool bunny slippers!

Aaahhh what to do with all the sprinkle sugar that didn't make it onto the bunny?
Caroline's bunnies turned out so cute!
Sunday, after the kids found their Easter baskets and Conlon traditional Hershey kisses, we headed to Church.  Aren't they cute!
After Church, Caroline helped (really she did most of the work) me make the lamb for dinner.  By the time dinner rolled around, Caroline was drooling.  Lamb is her favorite.  I think she ate more than Tom (2 helpings), Kevin, and myself together.  It was delicious.
