Jags Game

We went to a fundraising auction for the Church and won tickets to see the Jaguars opening game.  The kids have never been to a game, so they were excited to go.  Here they are during warm-ups.

But now the important stuff - a chocolate mustache for Caroline...

and cotton candy for Kevin!

It was cool to see the Jags come out onto the field.   There were fire, fireworks, and smoke.  Very dramatic.

For the Star Spangled Banner, they brought out a field size American Flag.  It was breathtaking.

The opening game was the Jags vs the Panthers.  Knowing what we know now about how the Panthers went 15-1 and went to the Super Bowl, we shouldn't have been so upset that the Jags lost, but 1st game of the season, we still had hope that our Jags could turn things around.  I guess there is always next year.

Kevin also went with Tom and Uncle Keith to see the Jags vs the Falcons - another Jags loss and not the greatest seats, but Kevin still had a great time.
